Steven McMyler, 34,, a joiner from Marsh Green, was found in the gardens of Wigan Parish Church with serious injuries on August 6 last year. He died at the scene. A 14-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy both from Merseyside who cannot be named, Michael Callam Wilson, 20, of Kirkby and Lewis Peake, 21, of Little Lever are on trial at Manchester Crown Court.
