Hopes for more Spalding street art Published: 12:00, 21 February 2021 The street artists who have been the talk of the town are hoping to showcase more of their work. Karl Barfoot, Adam Sadd and Edgars Bokans have risen to fame after they brightened up the tunnels behind the former Spalding Rugby Club, on St Thomasâ Road in the town, with their colourful street art. The trio are now hoping that they could create more art within the town if given permission. Still hope for Spalding town centre despite empty units | Updated: 17:23, 16 February 2021 Spalding town centre now has a total of 10 empty shops. Calls have been made for lower rents to attract more independent traders and make the town a destination place. Last week it was announced that Dorothy Perkins is facing closure after the chain was bought by Boohoo leading to around 2,450 job losses nationally.
