The lawsuit was filed against the Southern California developer Baldwin & Sons in San Diego Superior Court. Elderly man found dead after Marquette County house fire December 15, 2020 10:04 AM Stephanie Fryer HARRIS, Wis. An elderly man is dead following a Monday evening house fire in Marquette County. The fire was reported around 5:10 p.m. at a home located on Elk Road in the town of Harris, according to a release by the Marquette County Sheriff’s office. Crews arrived to find flames coming from the home. An 85-year-old man was found dead inside the home, the release said. Authorities have identified the victim as Eugene Baumann. The fire is under investigation by the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office, Marquette County coroner, Wisconsin Department of Justice fire marshal and the Harris Fire Department. ....
