Patricia Ann Knapp, age 84, of Saranac Lake, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Mercy Living Center in Tupper Lake.
Born in Lake Clear on Oct. 6, 1936, she was the daughter of Franklin and Ethel (Donaldson) Powers. Patricia married James P. Knapp on Saturday, July 10, 1954, at the Presbyterian Church in Lake Clear.
Patricia was a lifelong resident. She was a dedicated wife and mother, and loved to read, cook, knit and crochet. Her whoopie pies were always a family favorite. Jim and Pat spent their 66 years together camping, snowmobiling and traveling, spending many winter months in Florida.
She is survived by her husband James of Saranac Lake; two sons, Paul (Sharron) Knapp of Lake Clear and Richard (Maria) Knapp of Liverpool; and one daughter, Brenda (Lee) Daunais of Saranac Lake; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Gertrude Lintner and Ruth Clark, and two brothers, Donald and Ro ....

Theresa Ann (Lamoy) Trudell, age 61, passed away on Jan. 16, 2021, at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.
Theresa was born on Oct. 22, 1959, to Carlton and Theola (Ross) Lamoy in Saranac Lake. She graduated with the Class of 1977 from Saranac Lake Central School and received her accounting certificate from North Country Community College in 1979. She married Robert Trudell on June 21, 1980, in Saranac Lake.
Theresa is survived by Robert, her loving husband of 40 years; her sister Ann Lamoy of Marietta, Georgia; an aunt, Eva (Burke) Lamoy of Long Lake; and many cousins. Theresa is also survived by her mother-in-law Winifred Trudell; two sisters-in-law: Joyce and Donna Trudell; and one brother-in-law, Donald Trudell. ....

Judith A. (Randall) Huyck died Dec. 9, 2020, at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake. Judy’s seven-year struggle with dementia is now over, and she is at peace. During her illness she remained at home under the excellent and devoted care of family and home health care professionals, for which the family is very, very grateful.
Judy was born April 25, 1942, in Redfield, the daughter of Vernon and Evelyn (Ballou) Randall. She graduated from Sandy Creek Central School, Class of 1960, followed by graduation from Paulson Secretarial School in Syracuse.
Judy and Dale were married on Oct. 19, 1963, following a friendship that began in middle school. One year after their marriage they arrived in Saranac Lake with their two-week-old son Russell and a black Labrador puppy. Three years later they welcomed their second son, Brian, into the family. In their 57 years of marriage, the family moved only once, and that was only a few hundred feet where Dale, Judy ....
