Governing institutions need to become more accountable. We have to work on ways to build inclusiveness, tackle the problem of marginalization and exclusion, figure out how to empower youth to take leadership roles. The importance of enabling Civil Society to be an important part of cementing a stronger Space Society relationship. These are all dimensions of governance in one way or another, and this is one of the central challenges of transforming fragile states to be more resilient.
