2021年7月29日，“火种计划”2021数字经济党建创新项目展演在杭州举办。该活动旨在践行新时代党的组织路线，促进全国各地之间数字经济党建创新做法、典型案例、初心故事的交流，传承“红色火种”，推动数字经济党建创新实践与思考。活动由半月谈杂志社、中共杭州市委组织部(市委两新工委)、数字经济党建联盟联合主办，中共杭州市数字经济综合委员会、中共杭州市余杭区委组织部（区委两新工委）承办，中共浙江杭州未来科技城(海创园)工作委员会、中共杭州市余杭区数字经济综合委员会、中共阿里巴巴(中国)有限公司委员会共同协办。
