drinking your coffee because the last thing you want on top of a hangover is caffeine withdrawal. if you re already addicted, keep going and keep drinking the coffee. here s another one. i m going to take this on two fronts. some people say you have to drink water, try to hydrate the next morning. others say as long as you keep drinking water throughout the night as you re also drinking alcohol, that can help you. let s take the first one. wake up the next morning, get some water in you. does that help? it definitely helps to drink water. that s probably the best hangover remedy there is. keep hydrating yourself because you re dehydrated. water s a great idea. and i m glad you mentioned while you re drinking, would drinking water help? sure. that will keep you more hydrated, but still you re going to get a hangover because youin as a friend of mine said to me, don t drink water while you drink alcohol because you ll be drunk and have to use the bathroom a lot. interesting segment
