Hello everyone! I am expecting your full attention to be given to this week’s special feature as many of you plan on what to cook for the culinary Christmas feast!
Well folks it has come to that time of the year when many of you will be starting to think of some festive baking. With this in mind, I am including in this week’s column two of my personal favourites-The Christmas pudding and some delicious mincemeat, ideal for all your mince pies or perhaps your edible gifts. What I love about my mincemeat recipe is the texture of it-I use the cooking apples and I think these work wonderfully in making a mincemeat that is nice and moist and not as ‘set’ as some of the shop bought alternatives. Anyway give these recipes a go this week and you will be happy this Christmas that you have done so!
