A cbs news investigation on the peace corps shows nearly 20 of volunteers experienced some type of Sexual Assault. More than half of those say they suffered repeat attacks. Whats more, many who came forward say they suffered retaliation from their bosses. Kris van cleave reports. Reporter nearly 7,000 peace corps volunteers are currently serving in about 65 countries, and according to a recent anonymous peace corps safety questionnaire obtained by cbs news, roughly 1 in 5 volunteers reported being sexually assaulted during their service.
