West Bengal Elections 2024: During the second-phase polling in the Balurghat Lok Sabha constituency of North Bengal, tension rose as BJP candidate Sukanta Majumdar had a confrontation with Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers outside a polling station. Three more Bengal seats—Raigunj, Balurghat, and Darjeeling—are also being contested in Phase 2.
