Three San Diego environmental groups hope their review of local politicians helps voters make informed decisions about environmental policy at the ballot box.
There are two candidates on the Nov. 8 ballot running for this four-year state Senate term: Democratic Encinitas Mayor Catherine Blakespear and Republican small business owner Matt Gunderson.
Climate advocacy groups review voting records of city and county. They also review San Diego County elected officials on environmental policy, and most of the grades are good.
