Officers from the Halliwell Neighbourhood Team seized the red four-by-four car from Kingsdown Drive, Halliwell, yesterday. The car was seized after residents complained that the vehicle was regularly being used by a group for drug taking and other anti-social behaviour, according to police. Pictures accompanying the post about this seizure by police show a significant amount of litter where the car was parked. A post by GMP Bolton North on Facebook said: Officers from the Halliwell Neighbourhood Team seized this vehicle from Kingsdown Drive yesterday.
