Northerners seeking help can now call 211, as United Way service expands
The 211 National Service Provider Network has expanded into Canada s North, boosting a service which was already active in other parts of Canada. United Way Centraide Canada is promoting the service as a one-stop link to government services, charities, NGOs and other help.

A new three-digit information service is available in Yukon, the N.W.T. and Nunavut, among other regions in Canada.
