海南，火了！7月以来已有16家私募注册，一天之内就通过四家，还有两大女基金经理联手

有一家私募机构引起了每经记者的注意，那就是海南乘果私募基金。这家成立于今年3月、备案于7月的公司，注册资本为1000万元，目前公司有3名员工。启信宝数据显示，海南乘果私募的两大股东分别是沈梦圆和姬晶，她们分别认缴出资510万元和490万元，持股51%、49%。在沈梦圆的履历里我们可以看到，她从2008年加入华宝兴业基金，先后任研究部分析师，基金经理助理和基金经理职务，在华宝兴业掌管过两只偏股型基金。离开华宝兴业后，沈梦圆奔私加入了上海青沣资产管理中心（普通合伙）担任基金经理，后来又加入东亚前海证券任投资经理。今年3月，她与姬晶合伙发起设立了海南乘果私募，开始自己单干，担任法定代表人、总经理和执行董事。这家私募的另一位股东姬晶则曾在华宝证券、万家基金、万家共赢资产和上海允程资产等都有过
