Good afternoon. Water companies in england and wales have been ordered to repay nearly £158 Million to their customers. The Regulator Ofwat says its because the firms have failed to meet performance targets such as cutting Sewage Spills and leaks. Some future Water Bills will be reduced to reflect the missed targets. Our Environment Correspondent Jonah Fisher reports. A warning this report contains flashing images. This Report Card does not make pleasant reading for the Water Companies. Welcome along. Thank you forjoining us. Manchester uniteds worst start to a season for 35 years continues. Its now five games in a row without a win for them after a 0 0 draw against fifth placed aston villa. They created a couple of good chances, Bruno Fernandez rattling the crossbar with a freekick. With the international break starting they wont play again for a fortnight. I think the performance of united is very good. It is defending but also in the possession part. I think we controlled the game. I think it was in balance. We created some chances, n ....
