A Kingston man exposed himself to a woman and her young daughter in the parking lot of a grocery store over the weekend, Wilkes-Barre police said.
John Wynn Gittens, 62, is accused of exposing his genitals in the parking lot of Schielâs Family Market at 30 Hanover St. around 2:20 p.m. Saturday.
Police said the woman and her 7-year-old daughter were walking to their car when they saw Gittens sitting in his car.
Gittens exposed himself and pointed to his genitals while motioning for the victims to be quiet, police said.
The woman gave police Gittensâ license plate number and a description of his car, and she was able to identify Gittens in a photo lineup, police said.
