Kenneth "Ken" Stewart

On Monday May 4th, 2021 Ken Stewart passed away unexpectedly, at the home he lovingly built for his family, at the age of 57. He was born on September 30th, 1963 to parents Gerald and Elizabeth Stewart. He attended McKenzie Public School and Hillcrest High School.
He began his apprenticeship as a machinist at Thunder Bay Hydraulics and worked there for 23 years. His career led him to Redpath Mine in Mongolia where he was hired to teach Nationals as machinists. Typical of Ken, after some hydraulic issues arose he lent his expertise and ended up designing hydraulic systems for the mine. Upon returning home he worked at Resolute Mill as a millwright and lastly at Vitera Port Terminal. ....
