Ending a three-decade-long chase, the State investigation agency of J&K Police Tuesday claimed to have arrested two absconding Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists involved in the assassination of Mirwaiz Maulvi Farooq at his Nageen residence on May 21, 1990.
