More than six cooperative societies in Amreli district of Gujarat held their AGMs together in the premises of AMR Dairy on Saturday last week. Besides other things, the issue of farmers agitation in different parts of India against the farm bills echoed in the meeting. Keeping in view the safety and physical distance protocols, only key persons were present at the spot and the rest including members and others were connected through video conferencing. Big video screens were set up in 11 Taluka of Amreli District for seeing the proceedings of the meeting. The event was also live streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
