16条新建道路命名如下：
命名依据：道路选取唐代诗人戴叔伦的《赋得长亭柳》中形容灞柳的“雨搓金缕细，烟褭翠丝柔”。因该路周边多有使用形容柳树的道路名称，如柳虹路、柳新路等，故采用“柳翠”二字作为道路专名，与周边道路形成系列化地名，方便查找。
2.上庄巷：该路南起柳莺路，北至南程路，位于东柳瑞路东侧并与之平行，长370米，宽20米。
3.下庄路：该路南起柳莺路，北至北程路，位于柳烟路西侧并与之平行，长750米，宽20米。
命名依据：这两条路修建于灞桥区原上庄村、下庄村区域。据市地方志办出版的《西安村落记忆》记载，两村在清嘉庆年间已得名。为传承我市悠久的历史文化脉络、保留传统村落记忆，故将这两条道路分别以原村名以道� ....
