Fundraiser will support Guernsey Trail and parks
May races will include a half marathon, 10K, 5K and fun run

The Guernsey County Community Development Corp. and the Great Guernsey Trail will host races on May 15, to raise funds to support the trails and parks.
The event which begins at 9 a.m., at the Great Guernsey Trail located at 63500 Corduroy Road, will include a half marathon, a 10K, a 5k and a fun run.
The races not only raise money for the trail and parks but brings people from outside the community in. They come here and spend money which increases local tax dollars, said Ron Gombeda, community development director.
