上海试点基础设施领域不动产投资信托基金（REITs）
6月21日，上海市发改委等单位联合印发《关于印发上海加快打造具有国际竞争力的不动产投资信托基金（REITs）发展新高地实施意见的通知》，自今年8月1日起施行。政策明确，要依托上海金融中心的优势，加快打造REITs产品发行交易首选地；支持本市银行、保险等专业机构投资者以及社保基金、企业年金、保险资金等参与本市基础设施REITs产品的战略配售和投资；对注册在本市的基础设施REITs资产受托运营管理企业，通过上海REITs发展专项资金，按照相关管理办法给予奖励；同时，鼓励市区两级国有企业通过发行基础设施REITs创新投融资模式，优化资产结构，盘活存量资产。
