　　戒毒人员化“毒瘾”为“动瘾”，背后是运动戒毒与康复训练工作体系建设的阶段性成果体现，是广东扎实推进全国统一戒毒模式的缩影。《法治日报》 记者了解到，经过3年不懈努力，广东司法行政戒毒系统强制隔离戒毒所全部完成全国统一戒毒模式建设任务，广东省第二强制隔离戒毒所等5个场所申报全国统一 戒毒模式示范所，已接受司法部戒毒局复查复核。 　　据广东省禁毒办通报，全省戒断3年以上未复吸人数，从2016年底21万名增长到2020年底50万名，增长了1.4倍；全省新发现吸毒人员数 从2015年最高峰的9.1万名降至2020年底1.78万名；全省现有吸毒人员从2016年底42万名降至2019年底30万名，2020年继续下降。 　　打造从收治到帮扶全链条闭环式戒治 　　实践中，广东通过在强制隔离戒毒所内建成“四区五中心”，与地方禁毒、镇街等有关�
