Lawsuit may force Ohio BWC to issue refund payments to employers | Crain's Cleveland Business

The lawsuit, brought by Kent Elastomer Products, is related to refunds the manufacturer claims it is entitled to for the 2018 policy year as a participant in the Group-Retrospective-Rating program.
