在6月29日收盘后，中恒集团披露股票交易风险提示公告称，子公司白酒业务规模较小，且公司没有向白酒业务转型的计划。
对此，中国食品产业分析师朱丹蓬对证券时报·e公司记者表示，上市公司跨界进入白酒领域，不排除是基于自身股价的诉求。“很多的外来资本，可谓醉翁之意不在酒，不在乎收购标的的营收与利润，炒作股价的意图明显。整体来看，风险很高，相关部门也在密切关注这样的乱像，下一步应该出台相关规范。”
