Paul Orton appointed Group General Manager Internal Audit
ANZ today announced the appointment of Paul Orton as Group General Manager Internal Audit, reporting to the Chair of the Audit Committee Paula Dwyer.
Having joined ANZ in 2009, Mr Orton is currently ANZ’s Head of Resources, Energy & Infrastructure and was previously the Global Head for Project and Export Finance.
ANZ Chief Executive Officer Shayne Elliott said: “It’s pleasing to be able to appoint a senior banker with Paul’s track-record and strong values to such an important role that provides the Board and our management team with independent and objective assurance on our operations.” ....
