Good morning. Today we are going to vote on senator sessions nomination to serve as attorney general. After we look on senator sessions, we will turn to legislation and other committee housekeeping business on the agenda. I would like to mention a few things before we proceed. Except for the Ranking Member, i will ask everyone to try to limit the remarks to five minutes. That is how i handle lynchs nomination and by my count, every democrat on this committee except for two that i know about, has already announced that the intent to oppose the nomination so there is no mystery how this thing may go today. As far as the final vote is concerned. With everyones cooperation we should be able to move forward in an orderly way. Three weeks ago senator sessions testified before this committee.
