How bad the fire was here. But theres enough to make history once again. And now they have some more help in writing it. Vo duke energy gave 25thousand dollars to the Rabbit Hash Historical Society a few hours ago. The money will help rebuild the general store that was ravaged by fire a little more than a week ago. Firefighters were able to save the floor. And three of the walls. Those with the Historical Society say thats enough to build upon and get this 185year old store a historic designation once again. But its going to cost about 250thousand dollars. About 55thousand has been raise through gofundme. Insurance will cover 60 thousand. And the money today will add to that total.
