Parfetts names Guy Swindell and Noel Robinson joint MDs

Guy Swindell (L) and Noel Robinson took up their MD designate positions on 1 June ahead of a seven-month transition period
Parfetts retail director Guy Swindell has been promoted to joint MD alongside Noel Robinson, who joins from rival Bestway.
The pair took up their roles as MD designates this week. They will assume the positions full time on 1 January 2022, when they will replace the current MDs Greg Suszczenia and David Grimes.
Suszczenia will then take up the role of chairman of the executive board and remain Parfetts representative on the Unitas board. ....

Parfetts Appoints New Trading Director

Wholesaler Parfetts has appointed Gurminder Athwal as its new Trading Director to support plans to further expand its depot network and Go Local symbol group.

Athwal, or ‘Gurms’, has spent the last 20 years at Midlands-based wholesaler Hyperama, most recently working as Trading Controller.
Greg Suszczenia, joint Managing Director at Parfetts, commented: “I am delighted that Gurms agreed to join Parfetts and welcome his skill set and personality into our business. We have been wanting to strengthen our board for some time and knew Gurms well by being part of the same buying groups over the years. ....
