SAN FRANCISCO, June 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/  Pathrise, the leading online mentorship and job placement platform for tech professionals, announced today that it has secured $9 million in Series A Funding including $5.5 million in new equity capital and $3.5 million in venture debt.
The round was led by Learn Capital (Coursera, General Assembly, Springboard), and also included Western Technology Investment (Facebook, Google), and Day One Ventures (Superhuman, Truebill, DoNotPay). Group Living Zoning Overhaul Set for Denver City Council Vote


On February 8, Denver City Council will vote on a group-living ordinance that marks the most significant attempt to overhaul the current Denver Zoning Code since it was enacted in 2010.
After three years of research and preparation and four months of in-depth work with City Council’s Land Use, Transportation and Infrastructure committee we have arrived at a balanced package of amendments that improves Denverites’ ability to seek care and share housing costs, while also making it easier to regulate these land uses, Denver Community Planning and Development says in a fact sheet outlining the group-living proposal.
The measure would increase the number of unrelated adults who can live in the same home from two to five, and also allow service providers to more easily establish residential-care facilities, such as halfway houses, homeless shelters and sober living homes, throughout Denver.
