A man who recorded up the skirts of a flight attendant and teenage girls in school uniform at Taronga Zoo in Sydney has escaped a jail sentence after pleading guilty. Justin McGufficke, a 49-year-old university student, was caught when the father of one of the schoolgirls noticed him filming his daughter and snapped his own picture before alerting police. McGufficke s offending began on a flight from Sydney to the Gold Coast in 2019 where he filmed the attendant while she worked and continued two days later at the zoo, where he filmed a total of 15 teenagers. A gangster-busting barrister and self-declared playboy has lost his court battle to keep his number plates LGOPNR on his canary yellow Lamborghini ending months of a bitter dispute. Sydney lawyer Peter Lavac, 74, was supported by a much-younger glamorous blonde model as he walked into court to hear the outcome of his appeal on Monday. Mr Lavac has been locked in a feud since August with Transport NSW over the number plates, which are an abbreviation of the controversial phrase leg opener .
