JSE-listed real estate investment trust Emira Property Fund has increased its net asset value a share by 4.2% to R16.97 a share for the nine months ended March 31, and declared a final dividend of 30.35c a share, taking its dividend a share for the nine months to 96.78c a share. The company has changed its financial year end to fall on March 31 and, while the results for the nine months are not directly comparable to its prior full-year figures, the company is firmly focused on its strategic progress and operational metrics.
Emira Property Fund spent R16.6 million on diesel between July and December 2022.
