The Toronto Raptors have signed Iowa Wolves guard D.J. Carton to a 10-day contract. This is the first NBA contract for the Bettendorf, Iowa native. Carton has started 29 games this season for Iowa, averaging 18.6 points, 5.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game. In Iowa’s final game on Feb. 13 before the all-star break, Carton scored a career-high 38 points on 13-of-21 shooting, including making 4-of-8 three-pointers.
