Greenberg Gibbons, the Owings Mills-based investor, developer and manager of retail, mixed-use and flex properties, Tuesday acquired Town N’ Country, a 263,490-square-foot retail power center in Greenville, South Carolina for $23 million. The property was purchased through the Greenberg Gibbons Real Estate Income Fund, which launched last March to strategically acquire shopping centers throughout the East .
