Mercedes has a bold plan to save the planet.
A new chapter for Mercedes-Benz is about to begin. As we know, Mercedes is attempting to become a leading electric car manufacturer, launching as many as six new EQ models by 2022 including the EQS Sedan, EQA SUV, and EQB crossover, which would bring the total number of EVs to eight. As part of its new EQXX technology program, Mercedes also has a bold plan to become carbon neutral by 2039 beyond simply expanding its EQ lineup. Specialists from the British Mercedes-Benz F1 HPP Group will help make Mercedes vision a reality.
While the EQC shares the same platform as the combustion-powered GLC, future EQ models will be underpinned by the company s new Electric Vehicle Architecture, which will debut with the EQS luxury sedan next year.
