Standing in a ditch in the front yard of a home. Suddenly. A pitbull lunges at her. Knocking her to the ground. The other 14yearold victim is then observed already on the ground being attacked by another pitbull. We know the initial attack occurred inside one of the victims home. The girl attempted to get away from the dogs by fleeing out the dogs pursued and attacked her and a friend until the officer intervened. Chief michael kass says the officer.
