Now officers need your help in identifying the assailant who they believe acted on a random impulse. Suspect and victim werent known to each other. It was unprovoked. It was not a robbery gone array. No words were exchanged. For some unknown reason the suspect cut the victim. A cut to the stomach that was so bad the victim had to be transported to the hospital.
