The concerns are due to take place during the weekend of July 24 and 25. Olly Murs will perform on Saturday, July 24. The show was originally scheduled to take place a day earlier on Friday 23 July, however due to improved site logistics this concert has now been moved back by 24 hours to give more fans the chance to access the show and will now take place on Saturday 24 July 2021. Superstar, Tom Jones has also confirmed his Carlisle concern will go ahead as planned on Sunday, July 25. TOM Jones has today confirmed that his concert at the Darlington Arena has been re-scheduled to Sunday, August 29, 2021. It follows the news announced in March that the Olly Murs concert will go ahead as planned the day before on Saturday, August 28. The original date for the Tom Jones concert was June 13 this year, however it is anticipated that government Covid-19 restrictions will not have been lifted sufficiently for the concert to take place on that date. Confirming his re-scheduled date, Tom Jones said: “After such a tough year for us all I’m delighted that I will be able to get back on stage and perform for you all this summer. ....
