March is known as Women’s Month. The March gathering of Committee For Racial Justice (CRJ) on March 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. by zoom will focus on supporting self-care and wellness for women.
Taking care of ourselves and our loved ones should be a guiding principle for everyone. Yet, creating self-care routines during a pandemic has been an obstacle course – especially for women of color.
