At a sun-splashed graduation ceremony last Monday afternoon, the south side of Saipan celebrated its 142 graduates as they moved on to the next chapter of their lives.
Pipit Ball and Carter Calma were the fastest in the Slalom V1 after the finale of the Northern Marianas National Paddling Sports Federation Va’a V6/V1 Slalom Race series last Saturday at the Kilili Beach in Susupe.
