Justice Monica Bolna'an Dongban-Mensem of the Appeal Court has constituted the 2023 governorship, national and state houses of assembly Election Petition Tribunals for Rivers State. This was made known in a statement by Umar Abubakar, Esq., who noted that the constitution of tribunals is the fulfillment of the provision of Section 285 (2) and (3) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) and Section 131 (1) of the Electoral Act, 2022 (as amended). ....
