Unlock 8.0: Odisha Govt Allows Cinema Halls, Theatres To Open With 50% Capacity

: The Odisha Government on Wednesday issued its Unlock 8.0 guidelines for the month of January allowing cinema halls and theatres to open with 50 per cent capacity.
In pursuance of the revised guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs for surveillance and containment of COVID-19, the Odisha Government has issued the following guidelines which shall be in force in the State from January 1 to 31, 2021.
Lockdown in Containment Zones
 
·         Local Authorities i.e., District Collector/ Municipal Commissioner shall carefully demarcate the containment zones in accordance with the guidelines of MoHFW, Government of India/ H&FW Department, Government of Odisha. The Containment Zones will be notified by the respective District Collectors/ Municipal Commissioners and information will be shared with MoHFW. The notification shall be uploaded ....
