Funding welcomed for Active Together project
Swan Hill Rural City Council leisure centres will benefit from $2.95 million in upgrades thanks to funding announced today by Member for Northern Victoria, Mark Gepp MP.
Swan Hill Rural City Council Mayor Bill Moar said the funding would transform community indoor leisure centres in Swan Hill and Robinvale.
“Our Active Together project will transform leisure centres in Swan Hill and Robinvale into fully inclusive, accessible, sustainable, multi-purpose sport and recreation precincts.
“Swan Hill Leisure Centre will gain a significant gym expansion and the Robinvale Leisure Centre will benefit from extended gym space, along with an additional highball court,” Cr Moar said. ....
