Of the issues discussed, three stood out an annexation north of Anderson Hospital’s Goshen Campus, putting video gaming on the April 6, 2021, ballot and discussion about Glen Carbon’s amendments to a $1 million intergovernmental agreement with the city for TheCENTER. First, the committee discussed the village’s three proposed amendments to the agreement. Glen Carbon asked for three modifications, which were discussed somewhat at the village’s Dec. 8 meeting. Mayor Hal Patton told the village trustees this project has been in the works since 2014. ....
