A female student of the Gombe State University has been arrested for allegedly killing her day-old baby by throwing the baby from the second floor of the three-storey female hostel building in the university. The lifeless body of the baby was reportedly found in the early hours of Saturday near Hall IV of the female hostels by a passerby who raised the alarm when it was discovered that the baby was already dead following the injury sustained in the right leg.
