Rodent activity, solidified grease: York County restaurant inspections

The following York County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between Feb. 7-13.
Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.
PRETZEL PIZZA CAFE & CREAMERY Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed faucet leaking at the three-compartment sink. Gasket on two-door refrigerator observed to be repaired using duct tape, not a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
LOUIE LOUIE SEAFOOD
Date: Feb. 11, 2021 Crushed ice observed in the hand-wash sink, indicating uses other than hand-washing.
