Situation and perhaps program the fund at the end of 2020, when we have a much Bigger Picture and reflect this in the new midyear budget we plan to bring in june and the annual budget later this year. We have, however, in the meantime been engaging with key stakeholders, such as the sfmta, the department of Public Health, the Pedestrian Safety advisory committee, the bicycle advisory committee, and all of the variation advocate organizations and Community Groups on the guidelines for how the program might be structured and what the process would be for eligibility and the like.
