Sitting in chairs spaced 6 feet apart, each student mimicked the yoga instructor as she tilted her head, rolled her shoulders and clasped her palms together as if in prayer. “Just do what you can,” she said softly, as the sound of tinkling piano keys flowed from a speaker. “It’s no competition. Close your eyes, relax and focus.” Lithe and limber, Simmons hosts free yoga sessions at the Ella Austin Community Center gym on North Pine. In addition to 10:30 a.m. chair yoga classes Mondays and Wednesdays, she hosts mat yoga on Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. ....
