Unopposed, incumbent Vice Governor Faustino "Bojie" Dy III was handed his second consecutive term while his son Faustino "Inno" Dy V won anew as sixth district representative against former Comelec commissioner Armando Velasco. Another son, Mayor Francis Faustino "Kiko" Dy was reelected against retired military officer Miguel Culang in Echague town. In Cauayan City, the vice governor's nephew, city councilor Ceasar Jaycee Dy (son of former Mayor Ceasar Dy) won overwhelmingly with 44,326 votes as against his uncle, Bill Dy (half-brother of the vice governor) who got 27,424 votes.
