Foster and Glocester see fewer cases, but life still changed
This year’s smaller Glocester Ancients & Horribles Independence Day Parade made its way down Putnam Pike on Saturday, July 4. With the usual parade canceled due to the pandemic, the committee wanted to keep the tradition alive, as well as the 94-year streak, by presenting a parade of mostly municipal vehicles and cars.
